Advance and Return

Advance Payment Policy

• A ৳200 advance payment is required per product to confirm your order.
• As all our jewelry is custom-made, the advance payment is non-refundable once the order is confirmed.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are only applicable in case of order cancellation before confirmation.
• Once the order is confirmed, no refunds will be provided as the product is customized just for you.
• If a refund is eligible, it will be processed within 10-12 days.
